TNSTC ticket reservation time from 7.00 hrs to 21.00 hrs at all reservation centers and TNSTC fallows railway timings. The TNSTC reserved hourney tickets are not transferable.
TNSTC charges half ticket for the children who three years and above.
Physically challenged or differently abled persons must mention their Id proof in valid condition issued by the state or central government details when making online ticket reservation. At the time of boarding the vehicle show the original certificate of the disability to the conductor and also a photocopy has to be handed over to the conductor.
TNSTC announces Mobile Ticket or e-Ticket reserved passengers must carry a printed ticket at the time of journey and also shown the original ID proof as mentioned int the Mobile ticket or eTicket. If you want to cancel the eticket or Mobile ticket is eligible only one hour before the departure of the service.
Refund rules of Journey tickets
50 % of deduction of fare between 30 min before and after the departure of the bus schedule time.
25 % of deduction of fare between 30 min and 24 hrs of the departure time.
20 % of deduction of fare between 24 hrs and 48 hrs of the departure time.
10 % of deduction of fare while journey tickets surrendered the counter before 48 hours
